T-EDI Standards®
Research indicates that organisations can realise financial benefits from workplace practices that support equity, diversity and inclusion, including reduced staff turnover and improved productivity. The T-EDI Standards provide a structured framework to help organisations identify, implement and measure these practices.
The ROI Calculator estimates the potential financial benefits of these improvements alongside the costs of implementation, using assumptions informed by available research. Results are illustrative and will vary across organisational contexts.
The Calculator - TL;DR
Data Inputs
This is Version 0.4 of the calculator. It estimates benefits across two streams: reduced attrition costs and increased productivity. Inputs draw on Australian and international research and data, including ABS, WGEA, Forrester and other published studies. The model uses an average salary benchmark informed by ABS data for software engineering roles, accurate at the time of publication.
