Integrity and Governance
Establishing and maintaining the integrity of the T-EDI Standards is paramount to achieving sustainable outcomes that align with global approaches, evolving as gender DEI maturity advances.
The Standards have been developed according to best and leading practices and informed by stakeholder input and research. The T-EDI Standards will continue to develop, improve and evolve on an ongoing basis.
Review of Standards is conducted regularly with an independent Advisory Council. The Standards are governed by a Board of Directors with input from external stakeholders and various working and advisory groups.
“Like art, revolutions come from combining what exists into what has never existed before.”
-Gloria Steinem
